Custom Balloon Garland and Backdrop
For this special day, we created a fully custom backdrop designed exclusively for the event. The charming light blue gingham pattern with hand-selected fonts and graphics tied perfectly into the sweet cherry theme. This wasn't just any backdrop—it was designed, printed, and styled in-house by Backyard Bash, ensuring a completely one-of-a-kind look that matched the party's vision seamlessly.
Of course, the highlight had to be the balloon garland!
We twisted adorable cherry balloon clusters into the garland to add an extra layer of dimension and fun. (Yes—balloon twisting skills were definitely put to the test for this one!) The final design combined classic red, soft white, and baby blue balloons, bringing a fresh, summery feel to the entire setup.

Before the big day, we created a detailed mock-up for the client so they could visualize exactly how the backdrop and balloon garland would come together.
We love being able to show our clients a sneak peek of the design ahead of time — it helps make sure every detail is perfect, and it's so rewarding to see the final setup come to life just as imagined!
Sundae Funday: Cool Treats for a Hot Day
The party also featured our cart display, decked out as a Sundae Station!
It was paired with the cutest mini retro red freezer to keep the ice cream cold on this very hot Florida April day. (Can you believe it wasn’t even officially summer yet?)
Guests loved creating their own sundaes with a wide variety of toppings, all served in adorable blue gingham cups that matched the backdrop perfectly.
Cherry Cheers with Fiesta Freeze
We were thrilled to have Fiesta Freeze at the party to help keep everyone cool!
Their frozen drink machine served up two delicious, cherry-themed options: the Dirty Shirley and the Cherry Frosé.
Both drinks were a hit with the adults, providing a fun, festive touch that made the day even sweeter (and cooler!).
Not only were the frozen drinks adorable, but they were also absolutely delicious—a must for any warm-weather party!
